Content, contribution and policy-development instructions — an open, expandable platform for research and informed discussion, not a collection of completed Party policy papers.
This section presents the flagship policy subjects derived from the Founding Document of the Sudan New Independence Party and invites qualified contributors to develop those subjects through attributed research and policy papers.
The Party is not presenting every listed subject as a completed, final or immutable policy. The list is an organised programme for research, informed discussion and future policy development. The Party will identify the subjects; specialists and other knowledgeable contributors may develop the ideas, whether or not they are Party members or supporters.
The Sudan New Independence Party has identified a series of flagship policy subjects drawn from its Founding Document. Together, they express the Party’s initial vision for rebuilding the Sudanese state, restoring national dignity and establishing a democratic, independent, equal and progressive country.
These subjects are not presented as final or unalterable Party policies. They provide an organised framework for research, informed discussion and future policy development.
The Party invites specialists, researchers, academics, professionals and other knowledgeable contributors to develop these ideas through serious and constructive papers. A contributor does not have to be a member or supporter of the Sudan New Independence Party. The principal consideration is the contributor’s knowledge, experience and ability to make a valuable contribution to the selected subject.
Over time, the published contributions, consultations and research may assist the Party in developing detailed policies for consideration and formal adoption through its authorised institutions.
SNIP is the official English abbreviation for Sudan New Independence Party.

SNIP is used as the permanent prefix for every flagship subject and every contribution published under it. The number before the decimal point identifies the flagship subject. The number after the decimal point identifies the document published under that subject. The .0 record is reserved for the Party’s neutral introductory overview of the subject. Contributions are numbered .1, .2, .3 and onward in the order approved for publication. A permanent reference is never reassigned or changed.
| Reference | Function | Example |
|---|---|---|
| SNIP-06.0 | Subject overview | Education: Flagship Subject Overview |
| SNIP-06.1 | First contribution | A Modern Curriculum for Sudan |
| SNIP-06.2 | Second contribution | Rebuilding Public Universities |
| SNIP-06.3 | Third contribution | Standards for Private Education |
A contributor may select any flagship subject listed on this page and submit a paper addressing the whole subject or a particular issue within it. The contributor may choose the paper title, provided it is relevant to the selected subject. Submissions may be made in Arabic or English. Where resources permit, the Party may arrange an authorised translation.
Every submission enters a moderation queue and is never published automatically. Review considers:
The Party may correct spelling, formatting and minor language errors. Any editing that could affect the meaning, argument or recommendations must be referred to the author for approval before publication. Rejection of a submission does not require the Party to adopt or debate the author’s position.
Each accepted paper displays:
Required notice: This paper is published as an attributed contribution to the Sudan New Independence Party’s policy-development initiative. The opinions and recommendations expressed are those of the author and do not necessarily constitute an adopted or final policy of the Party.
Only material formally approved through the Party’s authorised process may be labelled “Party-Adopted Policy.”
This section is built as an expandable publication system. New contributions can be added beneath an existing subject at any time, without changing previous references. The structure preserves a clear distinction among the Founding Document, the Party's subject overview, attributed third-party contributions and policies formally adopted by the Party.
Every flagship subject card shows its permanent SNIP number and title, a short introductory description derived from the Founding Document, a "Read and Explore" button, a "Contribute to This Subject" button, and the number of approved contributions already published under it.
Each subject page presents the subject number and title, the Party's overview under the .0 reference, a relevant extract from the Founding Document, themes and questions for contributors to examine, approved contributions listed by permanent reference number, a contribution-submission button and form, and Arabic and English language tabs.
A dedicated Policy Framework content type — separate from news, ordinary pages and Party documents — stores the subject number, contribution number, title, author, abstract, classification, language, status and publication consent as separate fields, prevents duplicate or reassigned reference numbers, and keeps a full audit trail of submission, review, approval, editing and publication actions.
Public comments are not permitted directly beneath papers unless a moderated consultation facility is separately approved.
